This notice describes how SaunaCare Oy processes personal data collected through this website and business enquiries.

Data and sources
We process the information you submit, such as name, company, email, phone, market, enquiry, delivery address and message. Wix may also process technical request and security data generated when the site is used.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to answer enquiries, send samples, prepare quotations, manage customer and distributor relationships, prevent misuse and maintain the service. The legal bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in B2B sales and service security, and legal obligations where applicable.
Recipients and transfers
Data is available to authorised SaunaCare personnel and service providers needed for hosting, forms and customer management, including Wix. Providers may process data outside the EU/EEA using an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed for the business discussion, customer relationship and applicable accounting or legal duties. Unsuccessful standalone enquiries are reviewed for deletion regularly.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman or your local supervisory authority.
Security and automated decisions
We use access controls and platform security measures appropriate to the service. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
